SPEARMINT TEA 100% herbal - no caffeine. Harney & Sons fans have enjoyed spearmint in other blends, and by popular demand, Harney & Sons now offers pure spearmint as a standalone herbal tea. It features a fresh, minty flavor that can be enjoyed hot or iced. People often ask what is the difference between Spearmint and Peppermint. Peppermint has a higher menthol content than Spearmint. Therefore, Spearmint is often a great choice for those who feel that Peppermint has too strong an aroma. Spearmint has a milder flavor, some would even describe it as a sweeter flavor, than Peppermint. Tea is only as good as the water it is brewed in. Use filtered water as needed.
