To flush and irrigate nasal passages, tilt the user's head to the side over the sink. Insert nozzle into one nostril. Depress activator until the saline mist begins to fill nasal passages. Continue to depress the activator until you see excess fluid flow out of the nostril. Repeat the process with second nostril. To moisturize dry nasal passages, insert nozzle into each nostril. Depress the activator using 1 to 3 short, gentle bursts of saline nasal mist with vitamin C. Wipe nozzle clean after each use.
